Steve Gascoigne started taking photos of The Isle of Wight after relocating here in 2000 and set up his business Available Light.

He was a professional photographic printer for 10 years, and later began taking his own photos rather than printing other peoples, producing stunning landscape and seascape photographs of the Island with the clever use of light, as the name suggests.

All of his photos are available to buy as limited edition prints in neutral mounts, ready for framing - or printed on artist grade canvas and stretched ready to hang on the wall.

What better way to remember your fabulous holiday on the Island than to have a beautiful picture of your favourite scenes from around the Island?

The Garlic Farm in Newchurch has been growing garlic on the Isle of Wight for over 30 years and is the UK's largest specialist garlic grower, with over 60 acres growing around 2.5 million bulbs.
Producing exceptional quality garlic which is renowned for its flavour, and keeping quality, it is a firm favourite of celebrity chef James Martin.

The farm produces 40 different garlic products from very unique pickle and chutney creations to the very best garlic butter and garlic bread.

And if you didnt know already, as well as keeping evil spirits away, Garlic is one of the best things for your health being antiseptic, anti fungal and anti viral.

My personal favourite is the Cheeky Monkey chutney - 'an insane mix of banana & garlic giving a smooth tasting, chunky addition to Indian, Chinese or Thai dishes'. I love it!

Rosemary VineyardDuring your stay on the the Isle of Wight, why not visit Rosemary Vineyard near Ryde.

One of the largest producers of English wine, the land benefits from the kind micro climate here and consequently has produced some award winning wines for the last 3 years.

Wight Locations can recommend the bubbly!

The vineyard makes wines, juices, liqueurs and ciders from grapes and apples grown on the estate.

Pop along for a free guided half hour tour and wine tasting. Apparently the cakes are good too!
