A Victorian town with a Mediterranean feel, Ventnor is one of the sunniest spots on the Island. The beach is a mix of mainly sand and shingle set between steep zig zag hills leading off to St Lawrence on one side and Bonchurch on the other. For the more adventurous there is the hidden gem of the beach at Steephill Cove for a delightful day out.
