• Maintaining a strong relationship with our property owners is essential to our success. We aim to share common values and keep standards at all properties high. For this reason we work closely with Enjoy England and work to the National Self Catering Accommodation Quality Standard.
• We offer a free advisory service for both current owners and prospective owners wishing to let for the first time. Presenting your property in the correct way and providing the right equipment can make all the difference between success and failure, and we are happy to pass on our knowledge and advice in this area.
• Finally, we are members of Cottageline, a countrywide association of privately owned independent holiday cottage agencies, offering self catering holiday accommodation throughout England, Scotland and Wales. This relationship gives us a National presence through their website, online marketing and regular conferences and yet maintains our local presence and local knowledge which is the key to offering exceptional service to Island visitors.
