There are two sea facing balconies and a ground floor patio area with outdoor seating, gated access leads you to a communal lawned area ideal for the kids to play on with the beach just a few minutes away. Doors lead out from modern kitchen dining room onto a split level balcony with a hot tub and a sea view, holiday heaven! The whole top floor is a beautifully decorated living room with doors out to the balcony, from up here you can sit back, relax and watch the cruise ships sail out of Portsmouth harbour. Both the Ryde and Appley beaches offer miles of sandy shores, a short walk along the promenade takes you into Ryde Town and not much further in the other direction is Seaview village, passing several beach cafe’s along the way for the obligatory ice cream! Entrance to The Lodge is through a private car park with one allocated parking space.
