We hold the prestigious Quality Assured Agency standard (QAA), awarded by Visit England and we pride ourselves in taking a personal interest in the properties we let and the owners we work with. We see it as critical for us to understand the requirements of our guests and the needs of our owners to ensure we are doing our level best to satisfy both.

All of our owners are allocated an iAM (Internal Account Manager) who will take a personal interest in the way your property is performing and will be your in-house contact for guest, sales and marketing related matters.

We employ a full time Owner Services Co-ordinator whose sole role is to help our landlords deal with everything from meeting the statutory requirements for letting, sourcing and working with their housekeeper, to dealing with day to day property problems that need a prompt response. We are also members of Cottageline, a nationwide association of privately owned and independent holiday cottage agencies (in fact our MD is current Chairman of the group). This relationship gives us an excellent understanding of the UK market for cottage holidays which we use to help build our services, marketing and brand here on the Isle of Wight. In addition, Cottageline recently launched Love Cottages, a property search site for quality, inspected holiday cottages from agencies around the country, and all our properties are listed on their website, www.lovecottages.co.uk.

Marketing Your Property

We operate an annual marketing programme booking both national and regional press and magazine ads. In this fast moving digital world we also specialise in e-newsletters targeted to our database, and continually monitor and upgrade our website to ensure a faster and more ‘design led’ user experience. Forging strong links with local businesses such as Visit Isle of Wight and ferry operator Wightlink have yielded great opportunities for partnership marketing.

Our Owner Services

Offering a range of services including Key Holding, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Emergency Call out, our dedicated Owner Services team maintain strong relationships with our owners. As well as sharing common values and keeping standards at all properties high, we regularly inform owners of their bookings, any maintenance issues, industry requirements and feedback from their guests.
