This charming coastguard cottage is positioned in Fishbourne just a few metres from the sea and The Fishbourne pub, the perfect location for your stay! With the ferry port just round the corner this property is perfect for those who want to make the most of a relaxing, hassle free trip. The ground floor has a spacious entrance hall opening to the sitting/dining-room which looks onto the picturesque Fishbourne Green and the kitchen/breakfast-room. The kitchen leads out to the fully enclosed patio at the rear. With outdoor seating, it is the best spot to soak up the sun and unwind. Guests should be aware the ferry is within sight and sound of the cottage, although this is unobtrusive. The living-area is cosy and inviting with a wood-burner, much like the whole property. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with en suite shower-room. There is an additional family bathroom with a lovely roll-top bath.
