Mark (the MD) has a saying and that is 'people do business with people'. Despite our range of marketing and our strong web presence ultimately we know our guests want to speak with us - about the holiday cottage they are booking, about the local area or about how good the beer is in the local pub. The same also applies to our owners and also the suppliers who support us across the Island.
So to help 'put a face to a name' we thought we should let you know who we are! (actually faces to follow when they allow us to get the camera out!)
Rachel C - Sales & Customer Services - Rachel has been with the company for over 10 years, knows exactly how to look after our guests and has a smile for everyone. Having been with us for so long she knows all of our properties and is keen to make sure we meet the expectations of all of our guests, whatever their budget.
Rachael F - Customer Services Coordinator - a fluent French speaker, Rachael ran her own holiday cottage business in St Barts and goodness knows why she is back on our Island however their loss is our gain
Chris T - Office Manager - ex-Logistics Manager for On-Deck yacht charterers in Antigua, he also returned to the Island and coordinates our sales and marketing in his wide array of colourful polo shirts.
Teressa P - Sales & Customer Services - a recent addition to our growing team Teressa travelled the world in her early career but more recently spent 4 years helping EFL bring language students to the Island, accommodate them and look after them during their time on the Island. Phew!
Jade H - Property Administrator with a Geography Degree (she knows where the office is) and qualifications in Tourism and Business (watch out Mark) Jade also has useful experience from the Hotel and Hospitality sector here on the Island. (she makes great tea and delivers it with a steady hand). She has an easy smile and is super keen on delighting our owners and guests alike.
Emma C - our newest recruit of September 2016, Emma is our New Property Manager bringing a wealth of experience in retail, travel (she hates flying and worked for American Airlines - doh!) and in property sales and residential letting. She will frequently tell anyone who is listening that she is half Danish although it is a challenge to work out which half. Since joining the team she has brought with her great enthusiasm, a love of excellent property and an eye for detail which has been greatly appreciated by the many new owners she has introduced to the company.
Mark C - Managing Director - Publishing, Marketing, Manufacturing, Consulting and now the holiday cottage industry. If asked he would say that this is his favourite market to be in and with his passion for service excellence he is keen to keep us all at the top of our game. Mark is currently Chairman of Cottageline, a board Director and founder member of Lovecottages.co.uk and sits on the Island's Tourism Advisory Board. He has little time for much else other than his family (and the odd ski trip).
