We recognise we are an Island and many of our owners live all over the world (never mind just the mainland). That is why we offer our owners a large range of property services as part of a ‘one stop shop’ for all your letting requirements. Our dedicated Property Services team are here to maintain strong relationships with our owners.

Housekeeping

Many of our owners prefer to find their own Housekeeper or arrange their own changeover clean following a holiday let where they live locally. However if you’re not sure how to deal with arranging this, we would be happy to recommend a professional housekeeper and arrange an introduction. We can also schedule their work, be their first point of contact and arrange payment of any invoices on your behalf.

Maintenance

Keeping on top of all the little jobs and regular maintenance needed for a holiday home is never easy, particularly if you’re not regularly in the area.
We have a reliable and growing team of island wide approved contractors, who can handle any property issue, from boiler problems to electrical faults, gardening and even rubbish removal.

Emergency Call out

We offer an out of hours emergency call out service to all of our guests, 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year, to ensure that any major issues are dealt with swiftly and to minimize disruption to the guests. This wrap around service proves invaluable for guests and owners alike.

Regular Inspections

To ensure that our properties are kept at the standard that guests would expect, we carry out regular inspections of all properties. We also provide regular feedback from both guests and housekeepers regarding any suggestions for improvement and for raising awareness of any potential future issues.

Winter Security Checks

During the winter months when homes are often left empty for weeks or months at a time, we can provide a regular property check, to make sure all is well and to check for any damages caused by the winter weather.

Key Holding

We hold 3 sets of keys securely at Wight locations, for tenants, trades-people and for our own access to inspect properties when required. We operate a fully traceable system to ensure that we always know where keys are at all times. We expect properties to have a key safe fitted (for the convenience of arriving guests) and in such cases we retain two sets of keys at our offices.
