Of the many festivals that occur across the Island throughout the year, Eklectica is the newest music festival and the inaugural event will be taking place in early September at Robin Hill Country Park. The venue has been used for the past 10 years to host the world famous Bestival, which has now relocated to Dorset.
Described as a festival with a twist, Eklectica is an exciting combination of acts that promise to be diverse, quirky and creative.
The event will be headlined by internationally renowned, tribute bands, including The Killerz, Daft Club, Killer Queen Band, Mumma Mia, Little Chix and many more.
The festival has a great deal more to offer than just music acts, and the Amphitheatre will be hosting a variety of acts, such as Acrobatics, Comedy, Pocket Orchestra, Shakespeare and Mime.
Some alternative music events can also be found in the ‘Africa’ area, and include the excellent and always popular ‘Silent Disco’, various DJ sets and even a Mariarchi Band.
The festival takes place over the weekend of the 9th & 10th September, and if you’re planning on attending the event and haven’t sorted out somewhere comfy to stay, please take a look at what we still have available in September.
Tickets for the event can be purchased on the official event site here.
